Premier Body Armor Backpack Soft Panel Is it Really Bullet Proof

Fort Scott Munitions is what I have in my carry guns. Works great with my 19X that I carry most of the time, and one of the few .380 rounds I trust to carry with (Sig P238 for Gym/running carry) I really need to get another case of 500 9mm next time I go down to Fort Scott (cool thing about their physical store is they will give you a discount if you are carrying).

For TUI ammo that is supposed to prevent over-penetration or more so prevent damage beyond intended target... umm being able to cut through 3A armor like butter is a good indication that whatever is behind your target with that 80gr copper bullet is gonna get it too. I mean don't get me wrong that's pretty wicked stuff and I would use it for the shear fact that it does go through 3A like that but that's not it's purpose and I'm not so sure Ft. Scott wants that to be it's purpose. Won't be surprised if it's not around for much longer..

Why would you waist your time with the 38 and 45 hollow points on it? They are the least penetrating round there is. You should have just started with 9mm fmj.

For 9mm ammunition,
there should be no problems until 1430.
Penetrating at 1300 fps seems to be a problem
I know that Kevlar xp S103 is used in 8~9 layers,
which has a fairly low margin.
Usually more than 11 sheets should be used.
It's better to buy a used NIJ certified body armor.

Mr Aqua is way more dramatic than that scary bear was.
