Mam with due respect he has also mentioned the problems with this law and saying court to find out a logically balanced situation; The fact is while this law may be used by the urban educated girls to blackmail on the other hand females of the rural area would still be deprived from this law for the lack of awareness....So I guess sc should find out a better solution countering both problems; Misusage of Laws in India have many examples but still we need to first start implementing them initially and then shaping acc. social situation...And also at least from the official stand point of India we still respect and believe on woman considering also the fact that they were oppresed openly for a long period; At least for now we should impliment it to see consequences further measures will be taken acc. to observation...And also it should be a moral responsibility of Indian female to maintain the dignity of this law and our beliefs that the chances of misusage would be least😊

I am shocked to see this guy saying such things....as a person whose sister in law filed false cases on my family and me...
I totally understand what people have to go through and the mental trauma...
We as men have no recourse, no options and there is no punishment for these cruel women who do these kinds of things.

बेनर्जी जैसा हिजडा मर्दो से नफरत करता है। इस हिजडे को इतनी भी अक्ल नही है कि भारत मे विवाह का मतलब ही सम्बंध बनाने की स्वीकृति है। अगर विदेशो की इतनी ही नकल करनी है तो ढंग से करो ना बे। फिर तो संपन्न विकसित देशो मे तो अग्रीमेंट आधारित विवाह होते है। तो फिर भारत मे भी वही लागू होना चाहिए। तो ये हिजडा इसका समर्थन कभी नही करेगा। विदेश मे झूठी महिलाओ को कड़ी सजा मिलती है तो भारत मे भी वही होना चाहिए फिर तो।
भारतीय विवाह और परिवार व्यव्स्था तो आदिकाल से अनवरत चली आ रही है। मतलब साफ है की इसमे तो कोई दोष नही।
इतना तो स्पष्ट है की बेनर्जी जैसे फेमिनिस्ट और मर्द विरोधी मानसिकता से ग्रसित हिजडे लोग मर्दो के दुश्मन है। समानता के दुशमन है। एक गन्दगी समान है। ये बात हर एक मर्द को समझ लेनी चाहिये। और तो और बेनर्जी के समर्थक भी मूर्ख और इसी के समान हिजडे है जो इसके कुतर्को को सुन रहे है।
हम तो आज भी चाहते है की किसी को मत दो विशेषाधिकार। बल्कि औकात है तो सब को समान बना दो, समान कानून लागू कर दो।
लेकिन इससे भी दिक्कत बेनर्जी और राठी जैसे हिजडे पेटीकोट छाप youtubars को हो जाएगी देख लेना। तब इनकी असलियत सामने आएगी।
मै तो एसे पेटीकोट छाप लोगो को गन्दगी मानता हूँ ।
