I never gave Ronnie a chance to win before the match against great Robertson Ronnie wanted to win he won.

Ronnie had to make up for being flogged 10-4 in the Cazoo Tour Championship earlier this year. To be fair he looked out of sorts in that one and made lots of mistakes, while Neil was brilliant. At his best, Ronnie is the best.

When Ronnie retires, the popularity of this sport will drop significantly. It's not juts his talent, it's everything - character, charisma, style and more. No one else has what he has. The rest (most) of the pro players are all boring, stoic, planks of wood, which fail to show even a slight bit of character, even in interviews.
