Can definitely solo a lot of these at level 80 too for those wondering! Thordan and Sephirot are the exceptions unless you’re on a tank spec. Stormblood ones are also definitely doable as a tank, haven’t tried as a healer yet but GNB can definitely do them.

I’ll also add that it’s possible to solo farm Rathalos EX but it takes much longer than the HW mounts

Great video, already have my firebird but looking forward to going back and soloing the few I haven’t already (Sephirot, Nidhogg and Thordan) for the challenge and content for my channel, also another to add to the list, Rathalos EX is also soloable as a DPS!

Tip for Sophia if you're not good with the scale tipping: Do not go all out on her when the fight starts. Instead, deal damage at a slower pace until she does a move that involves copies of the woman appearing in midair, then burst. If you do this, then after the add phase and two scripted scale tips, she'll start the final phase with another one of those midair woman attacks, which gives you a very good shot at killing her before you have to deal with unscripted scale tips.

Yea, no fuck doing sephirot as dps. It's not that it's hard, it's in the fact that one buff entirely decides whether you clear it or die. That is stupid. If i don't have force against nature, I cant heal/mitigate through the darts and can't burst it fast enough even with potion before darts kill you

I solo'd all the ARR and Heavensward extremes on my Sage. Definitely doable by healers.

Melee have a much easier time with Sephirot I think as you get pretty incredible hp regen with bloodbath and a higher overall damage output. I could solo him pretty reliably as DRG last tier. Oh not to mention feinting if you get green buff negates 6% of the damage from towers.

Tried thordan ex with 600 rpr, he just stuns and one shots you at around 33% health

I solo'd almost all of this playing as reaper. (600 ilvl), except Sephirot, I had to do as Gunbreaker.
I could solo the second stormblood trial but thats it, most of them i didnt had enough dps as gunbreaker.

The various Chocobo bardings really do it for me I could care less about every other mount 😊

I got bored near the end of 5.3 and did most of these on whm just to see if I could. Ravana and Sophia where jokes, Bismarck required some setup for the 2 adds or it was impossible and difficult to do even after getting it ready. Nidhogg was just a pain and you needed echo at max to complete. The others I never really tried much on but I think Zurvan may have been doable in full bis.

you can also actually solo - Alexander - Soul Of The Creator (Savage) for the Arrhidaeus, or Gobwalker - Alexander - The Burden Of The Father (Savage)

tho for the gobwalker maybe bring 1 more incase you get instantly killed

good GOD bismarck. probably one of the most frustrating for me to do solo. my friend would send me messages saying "the dragonkillers are ready!" just to haunt me

also a9s-a10s can farm solo (did this as SAM and DNC), but still cant win a11s

If you really wanna do it the difficult way, make one single friend, talk to someone 😭😭

Is it possible to solo The emperor trial?

I solo'd Sephirot EX with a full crafted 610 RDM on my alt. Without echo, I was able to survive both green and orange debuffs. You have to pop swiftcast before the tether starts damaging you with the orange debuff, and then spam vercure.

The forced Spell Speed probably helped me be able to do the burst healing. Magick Barrier and Addle as well.

Green debuff had less tight healing but the DPS check is worse because you're taking vulns from twice as many towers exploding, causing things to get hairier fast.

Yeah, sorry but fuck this...I got my monk to level 90 and I can do Bismark and Ravanna easy enough, but Nidhogg is impossible and I sure as hell can't do any of the 3 fiends. I give up on it. Clearly you need to have a specific class to do a lot of these and it's not any that I currently have at max right now.

Its not solo but getting a tank PF together to farm Deltascape 3 can be extremely easy, chill, and help you grind those mounts at about 40 seconds a trip. If you see tank mount farming groups join in!

just putting it out there, a whm can 100% solo all of the heavensward EXs. evidence: i did it!
sephirot was by far the most difficult and i ended up needing around 15% echo boost to routinely survive the starting double jump. it did take the whole 25% boost to get me the clear but cant speak to whether it could be done with less or other healers. thankfully got that birb the first clear.

Managed to get all of the lanners finally, Sephirot is definitely difficult even with me switching to DRK while Thordan was a massive pain as a SMN since I couldn't get the burst phase right or consistently in the last part of the fight. And then I switched to BRD which to be honest though bafflingly so, clears Thordan faster and i don't have to worry about the paralysis or cast times. Still took me 9 tries to get the stupid whistle from the old man compared to the other trials

When BLU's level cap increases to level 80, I wonder how many bosses can be OHKOed by final sting after all prep

Sadly, it's impossible to get all of the kamuy solos - both Susanno and Susanno Extreme have a mechanic that will kill you if someone doesn't do a QTE to block the giant sword coming down. So you need at least two people - a Tank role to block the sword(as non-tanks will fail the mechanic) and another to burn down the giant sword before it kills the blocker and you wipe. ::(

Does it still works at 6.5+ patch? Since characters HP isnt as high as 1 year ago (only tanks surpasses 100k)

FYI DPS cannot solo these at 90 unless you are maxed geared out. So if you are a fresh level 90 don't wasted your time trying to solo these as DPS. Get a friend or 2 to tag along to do these.

Can you do one for free trial maxxers? Maybe combine it with mounts/relics that you can solo at lvl 70.
