Mother has done a lot of yards of the years and as far as I know you do not need a license to sit there and millyard because we ran heavy equipment every Friday mowers that are 72, inches, 61”, 20 inches weed ears we do all of that and this time I checked we did not need in any state license to sit there and do the yard
