I remember getting to see a piece of either a bomb or artillery fragmentation when i first got into country in iraq in 06. It was about a ft long by about 3-4inches wide with the ends pointed. Imagine ripping a piece of paper only all those ridges and valleys are 3d, razor sharp and extremely heavier than it looks. Thats what flies out at the speed of mach holy crap and shreds things like butter.

So what were the coins???

Has anyone looked at crossings in the nearest couple of towns? Might do better looking for badges there.
