As a disabled person and a responsible service dog handler, I hate the ignorance shown by Caroline and the brat customer who thinks they are entitled.

I wish Caroline would have said ESA don’t have public access rights, and kicked it out.

Even if it was a service animal it would be violating the rights of the restaurant. Once a service animal is violating the rights it can be denied access and removed.
