ОтветитьThis kind of makes me think of enchilada casserole. Also, if you can get it, you should absolutely try roasted green chile - soooooo much better than the basic canned variety.

I think some mashed pintos would be a great addition to the filling. They add carbs, but the fiber they add justifies it. You make some great looking food!
ОтветитьHi Alyssia, OMG what a delicious dish!!! I tried it last night and although I did not have Enchilada sauce it was just fine! I also replace the canned peppers by fresh ones and added chili flakes - we don't have all your wonderful ingredients here.... Anyway "devoured" was absolutely the right word! I have some left overs for my lunch so mega happy!!! Thank you so much for all your fabulous recipes!!!

hey, mind over munch. I would really love to try this delicious looking recipe. however, i hate soft/soggy bread/tortillas. Does the bread get soggy or from all the meat and enchiladas sauce? or does it crisp up nicely in the oven. thanks

ОтветитьI love love this lasgna. It only has a minimum amount of cheese and I can't have that much tomatos which is minimum as well. The green Verde sauce and sour cream makes the difference so good!!!

ОтветитьWasn’t sure how I was going to feel about the dish, I had some low carb wraps that tasted awful raw, and I didn’t want to waste them so I bought the other ingredients and made it. To my shock and surprise, it’s one of the most delicious dishes I have ever made. For the seasoning, I used Continental Beef Stroganoff seasoning - which is a vegetarian spice mix, and I used a mix of black and cannelloni beans. I fried the beans and seasoning up in some oil. Because I’m lactose intolerant, I used lactose free Greek yoghurt. I went to the Mexican section at the supermarket and got real enchilada sauce (the green stuff) and real Tex-Mex spicy salsa. However, I didn’t realise the enchilada sauce had some chicken powder in it, but probably all up, traces of it overall in the dish. I just couldn’t believe it was - astounded by the deliciousness. I’m now going to make this for my friends birthday.
