To be honest I’ve never read a fantasy book by a female I liked. In other genres 100 percent. Some of my favorites are women. Just when I read fantasy by them I can’t put my finger on it but everything seems a bit off.

Words On Fire is such a good book for 9-12 year olds! really, i would say anybody over 8 or 9 would enjoy it. i read it when i was 11 or 12, cant remember, and it was so good. theres no spice or anything, its not a romance book, its about a girl whos country (Lithuania) got taken over by a different country and they banned books and the people from speaking their native language. im not gonna spoil anything else, that was just the background, but really anyone would probably like it!

Honestly, Fourth Wing was way overrated in my opinion. It’s good, but the inheritance cycle was way better and fourth wing was clearly a rip off of that series. Idk I’ll still read the 3rd book when it comes out but it’s most ok to me 🤷‍♀️
