This makes me want to go get some peaches and start canning 😂❤
Also, I know you mean ‘sweet tea’ And not ‘sweat tea’ in your title. Just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t notice ♥️

Could you use that juice to actually make peach sweet tea? Just add it to the tea and water. It's already sweet.?

I learned this year when canning peaches some varieties are clingstone and some freestone. Clingstone because the pit clings to the peach and freestone because the pit is relatively easy to remove from the peach. Clingstones are great for eating and freestones are great for baking, canning, etc. I still use my clingstones for making peach syrup, ice cream, jams, or muddling. And I used freestones this year for pies, cobblers, canning slices and whole peaches. Hope this helps!

Ok so tongs are really bad, I got like a second degree burn from dropping a jar in my water bath last summer. It's a bad idea. It splashed water back on my neck and chest and I had on a tank top and then I held a wet cloth on it to make it feel better. Lol another bad idea. Skin came off with the cloth. So no tongs. Wait for jar holder.

Do you actually have to do the canning process for at least 1 jar, if you're opening it the next day?

Don't forget to keep your peelings & pits to boil for jelly.

How long do they last and do they need to be refrigerated?
