A nice story. A real nice young lady. Continued success with her life.
ОтветитьHuge Fan, her willingness to empty the tank is truly inspiring. Yes all these elite ladies go to the wall but and watching them is really awesome....
ОтветитьOne of the best gold medals wins I’ve ever seen
ОтветитьPerfect? What is "perfect"? Who is "perfect"? Who needs "perfect"? I think Jessie is amazing.
ОтветитьGreat athlete, great person, great parents.
ОтветитьThank you Jessie…you continue to inspire my now 15 year-old daughter,Dewa, ever Higher in her running and ski racing! 🙏🏾
Ответитьmy ski hero. whenever I question whether I am going hard enough in a race or training, I ask myself "am I going as hard as Jessie would"? my answer is always no, and I somehow always find just a little bit more...
ОтветитьI love her.❤️
ОтветитьAmazing woman with amazing parents.
ОтветитьShe's just fantastic all the way around. What a role model.
ОтветитьThank you for high-lighting Jessie...class act
ОтветитьIs that HER playing the Bach partita? It's really good.
ОтветитьThank you for this ❤
Ответитьbest endurance athlete the US atm
ОтветитьLove her and what she has done for our sport, not because of her high level of skiing, but because she and the rest of the team are such a class act. Great ambassadors fro the USA.
ОтветитьShould have had ten kids instead of this BS
ОтветитьHERO!!
ОтветитьImpressive young lady
ОтветитьGreat athlete with very little ego.
ОтветитьShe is doing now for XC what Bill Koch did in 1976. Hopefully, she stays more grounded. I'm rooting for her in life.
ОтветитьGO Jessie❣️
ОтветитьAnyone doing cross country that well is a stud, let alone winning the 🥇!
ОтветитьTry Biathlon Jessie!
ОтветитьA true sports hero
ОтветитьIn a sense she IS perfect. She’s perfectly normal, humble, and very self-aware of her weaknesses. Her acceptance of her imperfections is what makes her “perfect”.
ОтветитьI love how she lifts up everyone around her. I remember when she first got on a podium. She was so happy, it was like she won. And she was so happy toward everyone. Even those who got better medals smiled more than usual. Then I started noticing the finish area mood after her races: she helped everyone smile more and be happier and feel better about themselves and their sport. She would hug everyone -- those she beat, those who beat her, her team, other teams. I saw a wide range of women racers become friendlier amongst each other. Then I heard more and more what was the vibe on the US Team: It was Kikkan AND Jessie: and the women were catalyzing. And they were praising their wax guys. Then they started feeling more pride. Then I heard about the men's team getting more spirit, too. And they started fighting harder. ...Thanks to the women, w Jessie as cheerleader and Kikkan as the rock, the whole US program got this "giantkiller" vibe of "we can do it!" ...and many boats rose, as the US WILLED itself and worked its butt off to be contenders. And they did it!
ОтветитьThank you Jessie
ОтветитьGreat and inspirational story, but what an odd title.
ОтветитьOur family has been tracking Jessie's performances for a while, as our sons were part of the XC program in high school in MN. Watching the gold medal performance and the announcer calling out "Here comes Diggins! Here comes Diggins!" reminded me of the 64 Olympics 10K on the track with that announcer's call of "Look at Mills! Look at Mills!". Great stuff!!
ОтветитьWe love you, Jessie Diggins! The lesson here is make sure your spirit communicates directly with your body with the ego's interference. For the body tells us the spirit everything we need to know about living a healthy and productive life.
ОтветитьPerfectly flawed.😊❄️
ОтветитьWow!
ОтветитьShe sure looks Perfect to me. What a great role model
ОтветитьAmazing women
ОтветитьHer body is pretty close to it
ОтветитьAwesome story
Ответитьanyone else seeing the common theme of winter athletes? rich parents... skis and snowboards ain't cheap. neither are lift tickets.
ОтветитьAs a long distance runner, I have the most respect for cross country skiing 🎿your story here touches my 💗
ОтветитьGosh, she’s amazing.
ОтветитьThank you to Jessie and the entire Diggins family for sharing their story.
ОтветитьPain Cave permanent resident.
ОтветитьTop 5 color commentator moment of all time
ОтветитьSuch an inspiration on the snow, as is the entire team, but bringing your struggles out into the open is an incredible gift to all . Thankyou.
I'm an old guy and I have tears in my eyes still, every time I see that gold medal finish......
I cannot understand how a woman who is so close to perfection could ever feel less than perfect. If I ever had a daughter, I would tell her to be just like Jessie Diggins.
ОтветитьJessie is the only man in US cross country skiing team, those American males cannot come close to her achievements!
ОтветитьIt will be great to see a World Cup event in Minnesota.
Ответитьincredible athlete. incredible family. incredible person
ОтветитьShe cuuuuuute.
ОтветитьGood job, Jessie
ОтветитьSpecial person, take care of yourself kid.
