ОтветитьI’ve been working out with weights for a longggg time and started to be unhappy with my progress. I have super weak core and mobility issues. Decided to give Bailey a try and I’m so impressed. I was a bit hesitant leaving weights behind (and can add them later in addition) but right now I want to focus on Pilates. Anyone else have a similar story?
