I was so hoping to see something great.
I thought most of these were terrible. Most of the tables are bulky underneath making knee injury easy and most people would not fit with them comfortably. Many of the other designs actually don't free up space in the non functioning positions take up a bunch of room Ie. murphy beads. Don't get me wrong the murphy bead is one of the best common options.

That hidable sink is super-gimmicky. I'll bet if you use it regularly it'll break/leak a whole lot and with the textures they showed in this vid it'd be easy to miss chunks of food/gunk that might be left over which could make for a nasty mess. Or what happens if you engage it by accident while there's stuff in it? It also isn't really hidden, it just makes the counter top look bad when 'hidden'. Many of the ideas are good, but I don't think that one is.

Some of these ideas have way too many moving parts to function for long without breaking.

The designs are wonderful. The look of the furniture in most cases is sterile and boring, with no sense of warmth or beauty... just the look of pressed wood or Ikea quality. None of them except the first white couch and the brown Italian-made fold out had any appeal aesthetically. But the designs and functions were all really well thought out. (my opinion)
