ОтветитьPlease suggest how to prevent curds from splitting when adding in the gravy. I have tried everything from using dahi at room temperature, whisking it thoroughly to, to adding a pinch of sugar to the curd and lowering the heat and mixing continuously. Please suggest what else needs to be done

ОтветитьPlease stop saying 2 medium onions very vague, give us the weight in grams, and water in ml not cup as cup sizes vary from 70ml ~ 230ml
