I feel so much love for and from Metatron. I fee his presence a lot when traumas from childhood are brought up in my life.

I've experienced this recently and it was very strong. I could only hold it for about 15 minutes which was good enough for me. I can only imagine feeling the metatron 24/7. People would probably think I'm on some kind of drug. But yeah I felt it in every cell of my body from the top of my head to my toe. It's an amazing source energy just amazing.

We are not physical. We consist of 7 billion billion billion atoms, each one an electrical energy field. We are light 100%, patterns of light beginning with waves of light and energy. I remember from reading the Seth books that the first birth of an image, one of those creating us, begins as a triangle. Then I read that quarks are 3 points of light and I think that these quarks are the 3 points of this triangle. From there the atoms are created. I think that these atoms may be spinning as fast as the quarks. I don't know. These quarks are light, so the atoms must be light. This proves that we are 100% light patterns. I can't imagine where dust came into the picture when dust must be light, too.
