Third Eye Opening Meditation - Technique with Aridif

I'm pretty sure I opened my third eye on accident last year lol- or at least finished opening it. I had been trying to learn to meditate, and was having trouble keeping my mind focused from daydreaming. So I started focusing on the backs of my eyelids- like staring at the blackness or shapes/fuzziness (sometimes it looks different). It wasn't very long until I began seeing faces, but like not clearly- they were like shadowy faces- one of them looked similar to the pictures we see of Jesus, but again, it wasn't crystal clear- I think that's when I started to wonder if Jesus is a real man, instead of the Christ within the body- now I think both are true- that Jesus was a light worker or starseed like many of us, only he was born in a much denser time, hence his death. But my point was, I think it's pretty cool that mine opened more just by focusing on the backs of my eyelids. Haha who knew, lol. I was probably remembering a technique I learned in another life. But I did you're channeling technique one time, just to see if I could, and OMG Rob, lol, I saw a blue male staring back at me- I saw him crystal clearly, it was crazy- it startled me, so it only lasted like a second, lol. It was like he was a person standing right in front of me. He had blue skin, long blue hair pulled up halfway, and was carrying a sword behind his back with the handle of it poking above his shoulder. He looked like a warrior type and didn't really have a facial expression- I think he had a flat affect because I wasn't adding my own energy of love/excitement- I was just seeing if I could do it, without expectation. So cool. I have yet to try it again, though 😅
I asked Bashar about it, and he said something like it was my higher self reflecting back to me- which was kind of confusing at the time, lol. Now I take Bashars answer like I was basically looking in the mirror. Lmfaoooo I got spooked by my own reflection lol OMG that's hilarious 🤣

I overdosed twice when i was younger
I went into a place that i could only descrive as layers of darkness. It scared me so bad that when i came back and remembered coming out of these layers of darkness because so many other say they see a light that i quit using once and for all. Thank you for sharing your experiences ❤
