ОтветитьThey look great, and as long as they aren't 90k or more they'll sell once they start making them. They said two years, but considering they still need to build the plant, equip it and train the workers my guess is we probably won't see these in production until 2028 at the soonest.

ОтветитьI live about 25 minutes from the plant in Blythewood and work for the company that supplied all the doors for the paint shop. Excited for this brand to come back and what it will do for the local economy.

Ответить@TFLEV Can y'all ask if there's any plans for 3 zone hvac or to put rear seat vents into B-pillars on either of the models? With bench seats these are so close to being a killer everything vehicle. I'm hoping they can nail it down for both family duty (rear-ac for the kids) and weekend adventures (fold flat seats for easy car camping in vehicle).

ОтветитьFor those who haven't heard the harvester option is going to reduce the size of the battery by about 60 percent and your 500 mile range is going to be 150 electric and 350 miles on gas. Hardly an ev anymore. Also towing is hugely reduced
ОтветитьWhile I think that concept vehicle is sharp, how many people want EV SUV’s? Of that group, how many are willing to spend $80k or more? This is quite possibly, the largest automotive blunder in my lifetime.

ОтветитьVery nice truck, but I definitely feel like it’s going to be like Rivian and only for the wealthy market, especially if it’s how car prices are and potentially will be. I see plenty of Teslas around as well as a lot more Cybertrucks surprisingly, but rarely a Rivian.

Why kill a classic badge? It would have sold like hotcakes with a smallblock diesel, manual transmission, lockers and removable hardtop. Great job destroying a true American icon VW. Europeans, with their state sized countrys simply don’t understand American needs or desires.

ОтветитьI think they missed the mark with the Traveler not making it a 3 row version for the size. I think the windshield needs to be slightly more upright that is a lot of rake right now. Hopefully they add a set of switches for accessories, a perfect spot would be on the headliner by the other set of switches, maybe a double row of switches.
ОтветитьThey need to hurry up and build this! Use a different VW plant to start and get them out to customers! People are already tired of waiting! Myself included! If the range extended option is taking a lot to develop, slap a hybrid option that VW group has from Porsche or Audi and start producing them end of this year!!!

ОтветитьEREV should be cost neutral you're sacrificing part of a very expensive component and engines are cheap. If they gateway that feature behind a bunch of money they'll lose any interest people had.
