Notice you don't see a lot of white American folks in these? Our work culture really sucks, because our jobs suck! Bosses are more interested in us doing it their way than doing it a way that works, and most of us have jobs so meanial and pointless, we can't really invest joy or pride in them. When your pay is so low you can't live off it, and you know you can be fired "at will", you don't really care about being the best Walmart shelf stocker you can be, you know? You have no sense of tradition or legacy in your work.

OH MY GOSH THAT FOAM AND FILLER STUFF JUST PULLED MY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MEMORIES BACK
Every single kid picked at that stuff I sweaar, our school also used foam and very fine gravel after we picked away the filler, then we started grabbing sticks or used our fingers to push the tiny rocks into piles and push them out of the line things that needed to be filled and kick them around while we were playing
