Very instructional. I'm going to practice these. Saved to favorites
ОтветитьShime waza. Art.
ОтветитьThat poor uke....
Ответитьnice ...i could from this way all day. love SC chokes
ОтветитьLove that far lapel choke, I've been using it since I was white belt, its so effective that I even decided to stop using it cause I felt I'm relying too much on it and that other elements of my top side control are lacking cause of it.
ОтветитьOsssss
Ответитьi still come to this video years later
ОтветитьAmazing.
ОтветитьLove how you repeat the moves over and over. Helps a lot.
ОтветитьSubscribed! Your shit's dope! These are NASTY!
ОтветитьThis whole system is crazy. super systematic oss
ОтветитьAs a bigger feller, I often find myself here. Nice to have this in my back pocket.
Ответить😍🥰❤️👻🎃
Ответить👏
ОтветитьWhat’s this coach’s name? I’d like to view more of his videos
ОтветитьBut it's just a pain submission, not a blood choke. In a real fight, are we talking crushed larynx?
ОтветитьGreat stuff here. Will be trying to use some of these
ОтветитьBeautiful. Many thanks
ОтветитьVery good video especially HD and angle is wonderful
ОтветитьFantastic video. I love how you peel away the layers of his defense and demonstrate less used submissions. I'll definitely be referring back to this and working on the moves
Ответитьthat's nice. I'm going to work that on the matt this morning 🌄 .
ОтветитьThis guys neck rn 😵💫
ОтветитьWhoa! Bad ass!
ОтветитьFor the thumb in one, is the forearm supposed to come across their throat or to the sides of the neck (ie, pressing on one side with the gi/hand, the other with the forearm)? I’m a little confused as to where the pressure comes from in the choke.
ОтветитьI use the far lapel loop choke all the time…one of my favorite chokes
Ответить😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьYou know I tell people in class that just when they think they have seen every Gi-applied choke through years of practice, they need to think again. The number of chokes is almost limited to your imagination.
ОтветитьWow that is amazing teaching. Very detailed and technical. Almost seems rehearsed.
Ответитьfacing two attackers leave you in a very bad situation. This is why many consider BJJ to be very weak. However it does help to learn BJJ
ОтветитьCan you show how to defend the same techniques? Because I believe if I try them on a resisting training partner, it may not work as depicted.
ОтветитьYou know you are super fucked when you hear that fabric stretch
ОтветитьGenuine question, but if you trap both the arms at the beginning how is the first choke never going to work? i.e. why do you need any of the others?
Ответитьvery nice
ОтветитьAbsolutely incredible. Thanks for posting.
ОтветитьThank lot Sensei for your great techniques
ОтветитьThe best details 🙏🏻
Ответитьwow- i am falling in love all over again. this is so awesome! so many fantastic positions.
ОтветитьWow, excellent, thx
ОтветитьAny side control chokes that work no gi?
ОтветитьThese are great. Will try them on my economics professor next time I get a bad grade.
ОтветитьAwesome video. And great technique.
I’m sure it’s a habit from teaching live, but there’s no need to show the technique 3 times on a video format unless your changing angles or adding details.
Thanks again for a great video!
Was really trying these out in class today but couldn’t nail them. Better luck tomorrow.
ОтветитьI'm a no gi player, none of these work for my style, or really even outside of competition.
ОтветитьSavage chokes. The dude has forearms and hands the size of a bear’s
ОтветитьNice old school judobit thanks for the wrist lock never thought of that one
ОтветитьSo my game! Thank u for sharing
ОтветитьLove this one. Sensei Anthony is a beast, too.
ОтветитьPros: A variety of useful options for attacking from that specific side control configuration.
Cons: Requires the opponent to give up one of the most compromised positions of side control, which no good grappler will ever allow.
There’s a reason you see VERY few finishes from side control at the elite level. Guys use frames.
I appreciate your time, but techniques that work against all levels and not just beginner to mid level grapplers are preferable.
PS: This would work against me still haha
Thats an awesome side game right there, i will be doing this for the whole month in training
