fuckin stupid for Marquette Michigan

In the NE (New England and North East) we call them Rotary or Roundabout never traffic circle unless you are an out of towner. They are quite easy to use with little to no instruction, only idiots who think you can speed through above the posted limit or do not Yield as stated in the video to preexisting users because they assume they are more/self important are the ones who cause accidents and traffic, Also if you enter with a car that stalls can also cause problems for others.
