ОтветитьCool truck Pete!
I have an addiction to turning trucks like that into a K series. Love the 70’s color... ochre and white
Nice truck Bitch!🤣👍👍
ОтветитьNice Chevy Pete 👍👍
Ответитьwished I had one, great deal.
ОтветитьThats a steal no oil is a problem unless drained on put the gas in the vent tube goes to the float bowll pete! Nice truck!

ОтветитьFinally Pete is excited about an older vehicle of his own besides a vw…I’ll enjoy watching you go through this one .
ОтветитьL👀king forward to my friend Pete work his magic on his new kick ass truck… Because if you ain’t doing it right you ain’t doing it at all bitch!……
ОтветитьLooking forward to this one
ОтветитьTruck looks good , needs detailing, could have some rusty areas dealt with... mechanicals gone over.

ОтветитьI think square body chevy trucks where the best most simply designed trucks ever made. They are real easy to throw a new engine into, and the transmissions can be rebuilt easily yourself if you have any kind of mechanical skills. Once you have a good drivetrain in them they will run forever. I currently have a chevy square body crew cab 1-ton 4X4 that is bad ass.
ОтветитьWas it worth the money? Well how much money was it?
ОтветитьI have a 76 GMC pretty much untouched they look the same and I believe the color code is Yuma gold with a little bit of flake
ОтветитьLooks like a nice original truck. Well done
ОтветитьBig block 73 long bed, and it’s complete? Yessir! It’s a blessing to find a decent priced running C20 in good shape
ОтветитьThe truck is in awesome shape Pete!
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьEvery Chevy need two quarts to bring it to full
ОтветитьNo way in hell it’s been sitting for 15 years.
ОтветитьPoor Minnie. Pete you do know you could have pulled the trailer forward.
ОтветитьPete, just put enough into it to make yourself a little cash and send it down the road. Don't paint it, patina is where its at and that's cheap!
ОтветитьPete, clean up and flip, restore and sell. Either way you’re making money. Relax and weigh your options. Nice find.
ОтветитьI love that year and color brings back fond memories I've also got one like that loaded with factory wooden bed that going to need to be restored not far from you.
Ответитьmake it your daily driver and sell the dodge.

ОтветитьCongrats my friend Pete! Been hearin ya talk about getting one of those for many years, looks like it's finally happened, great overall shape for a '73, and that big block 454, Yes Sir! Looks like an awesome project and even Minnie seems happy about it also, happy wife happy life! Great score bud!
ОтветитьPete will fix it up and fall in love. Square body pete
ОтветитьNice dash cracks
ОтветитьI have a 1973 Cheyenne super 10 did I inherited all original just like that old truck I moved it from one garage to the other 28,000 original miles on it been after that truck ever since I was 16 years old now I just can't bring myself to do anything to the truck inherited from my favorite uncle
Ответитьif you like it and can afford to fix it up /or not is the only thing that matters.
ОтветитьI would fix it up a little and run it. Its a good truck Looks solid and has the classic square body bent hood
ОтветитьGet it going, clean it up and drive it for a while to see if it’s for you . If not, out the door it goes to a new owner. Either way it’s a great looking truck.
ОтветитьChevy made best looking trucks in the 60s. That truck there reminds me of Bruce Lee's mother ugly lee !
ОтветитьMinnie looks as gorgeous as ever. She's just the real deal. It gives hope to mankind and men everywhere that my friend Pete convinced a woman like Minnie to be seen with him. At times. It's a kin to Rick Okasic and Paulina Porisckova.
Nice truck.
With cars and trucks of that vintage, you never want to have the first year of production. They always had problems that got worked out in the first year. My dad worked at a GM BOP (Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac) assembly plant from 1946 to 1976. He was a repairman (fixed defects after inspection) and had some crazy stories to tell. At that time "quality control" had a different meaning. It was not at the top of the list.
ОтветитьKeep it Pete, its going to be a really beautiful truck with your magic. 454 wow . We dont have many of them in Australia unfortunately. Very nice truck, please keep it.
ОтветитьYou cant go wrong with a squarebody. That is a cool truck!
ОтветитьTruck kicks ass...i would get it...
ОтветитьYes keep...any losses would be worth it ....for one, it gets you outta the dogde you own ...dodge screwrd you over on that .
ОтветитьNew firm ls.engine
ОтветитьDo the bare minimum and sell it. Trucks like that are a money pit, even though it’s in good shape.
ОтветитьNew Mexico sits on the borer with Mexico and is run by communists (like California). Gee I wonder why everyone who is still American has high security fences and cameras around their property? Let me guess - the truck will have plenty of problems an lots of complaints but still it was a great find.
ОтветитьThanks Pete! I’ve learned a lot from you and it’s crazy you bought the same truck i have and been working on for ten years. Thank you for being a huge inspiration in my life!
ОтветитьCongrats on finding a kewl ol Chevy box truck Pete! I'd scuff and satin clear it as is and preserve it.... Whether you stash the 454 OR SB it for better fuel economy etc. That is ALL on you...😎
ОтветитьI had once just like it. It was green and white 74 Cheyenne Super 454 400 hydrostatic with 411 posi rear full floaters, it was my first truck for $200 out of the junk yard, my dad told me if you want a pickup truck I was gonna build me one. 👍🇺🇲
Ответитьlol i had a truck like this it was hard on fuel
ОтветитьShould I keep the truck and DUMP ALOT OF CASH IN IT, and listen to MINNIE Bitch and Complain?? Or Should I get it running and sell it for a profit and go down the road happy???
Ответить
