You were born to teach, Aly
ОтветитьLove red, strawberry blonde, auburn, chestnut, brunette, ash blonde, dirty blonde and light blonde and darker brunette and black hair colors!
Ответитьyour video is very useful for me
ОтветитьThis was one of the most informative videos I’ve ever seen regarding “color theory” and how to actually use it in real life. Thank you ❤
ОтветитьI have virgin hair and don't plan on dyeing my hair anytime soon, but here I am watching this video at 1 am in the morning lol
ОтветитьI always want to ask why is it called 'Platinum blond' ? Platinum is metallic color, so I would call a Platinum ( sans: the blonde, cos blond means yellow, she didn't have any such tones ) Jean Harlow who at times really had such color, and not always, as it was also white. Clark Gable actually called her Chromium blonde, as a joke homonym.
MM had extra light blond, or very pale butter color, and once white. Just not metallic enough to call it Platinum. I wouldn't call you, Ally, Platinum blonde either, yours is also such pale milk butter. Or some whitish ice cream or melted white chocolate, like the blondes like MM and others.
Platinum blond would be such metallic combined with blonds.
I noticed and agreed in the previous video that you called a very light blonde a very light brown, and I would agree, most of blondes are really very light or extra light brown hairs ( but there is no such name, a very light brown is already a dark or medium blond, or just blond ). But there are also blond hairs there and in light they are indeed yellow or gold etc., cos the hair is more transparent, so it's okay to say blond still. Like depends on the lighting it receives. I noticed that myself as well.
So to be most precise, which I think is good, I wonder when the world will realize that the likes of MM's blonds were not Platinum at all. Cool tone of 'going white' hairs, of people who are losing pigments, but there still lingers a tiny bits of blue or cool brown, that would be Platinum.
And I can't comprehend how English born people don't make a distinction between blond and blonde.
YOU are a great hair color teacher for sure !!!!
ОтветитьWonderful and detailed explanation❤ Sounds like you Aly have so many talents. I colour my hair myself and I already learnt some information and never failed completely but your lesson is very helpful to find the right shade. I have naturally medium brown colour which is getting grey 😢
Grey unfortunately doesn't suit me and makes me older. So i keep colouring them.
When i was much younger, i experimented with colours. I know that blond colour doesn't suit me, as much i would like. In my 20s i had light brown colour hair which beautifully get lighter with a bit blond stands in the summer and spending a lot of time on the beach. Baltic beach.
Now i live in Australia where sun is very damaging and water contains chlorine.
C'est la vie 😥
I don't do sunbathing anymore due aging and dangerous sun ( skin cancer etc)
Thank you it's is so helpful. However I do have a question. How can we know exact how much amount of correcter should to be mix?
ОтветитьI just found you other channel.. what an amazing singer!!had no idea❤❤❤❤

ОтветитьThanks for excellent teaching! Plus I love the way you say Moca 😍
ОтветитьNoticed Aly doesn't answer any of the questions... i too like pale YELLOW blonde as my complexion is warm.. so hard these days to find as the box dye manufacturers seem obsessed with Ash blonde tones..
ОтветитьThis is really interesting. 🙂
ОтветитьI’m seriously looking forward to people’s personal reviews on their experiences with Morfose Hair Colour.
