ОтветитьAlmost all successful real estate brokers, certainly on the residential side, but you will see this on the commercial side as well, have learned to deploy pre-memorized scripts. It is the reason they have a ready answer for everything. But acquiring this "skill" has a downside. Brokers lose any ability they may have once had to actually listen. In fact, they are not even interested in listening. Further, they often lose the ability to have a sincere and genuine conversation. Garbage people.
