I have very recently discovered your podcasts and messages. You're giving me hope that I can overcome my serious resistance/procrastination.

You mentioned guilt. I know guilt. I wasn't with my beloved mother when she died. I lost my sister and then my mother soon thereafter. I was alone with the process. I haven't handled it well. Guilt has not helped me. And I am sad that this is not seen/known/heard.

I appreciate the reminder to take a deep breath. Yes, I am a beginner.

I love the statement that guilt is a waste of time. I hope that I can live that. I know guilt has been a weight.

I did turn it off when you were talking about wanting others to change-I have told hubby he should stop his bad eating cause I see the effects but it really isn’t for me to say. I’ll take this route instead and we can both grow.

Yes! I used to defend how hard I had it, living with an alcoholic, and once I finally gave up that victim role and that needing to change others, it freed me soooo much! That process took years though and I didn’t hear it at first, when people told me, because I was in denial.

This totally speaks to me. I’m always telling myself “ this is so hard” and it’s freeing to know I can change my perspective at any time. It’s really almost too easy.
Putting sticky notes up to remind myself to breath and remember life is nowhere as big as I am. My life isn’t that hard.

I feel like in order for me to accept that it is easy, I have to let go of “it’s not fair..” that I’m going through this, or they don’t value me, etc…

So very true! Love the phrase “it’s too good to be false”! I use (instead of “money is hard to come by) Money comes easily to me or (instead of I have to find a way to make money) money finds me. These are phrases I’m practicing with daily. I’m adding the one you shared!❤

I dont know what it is but I am bigger. Thank you Kyle, been feeling sad and shame today and I thought, I dont know where it came from but I know I am bigger so I will just be with it and I started breathing. All of sudden the feeling became less charged and I felt energy around my body go up. Interesting, I never tried this way of thinking before.
