I think on the crab lure instead of using a size 2 I think you should try a size one maybe that little extra bigger hook have better odds of hooking a fish.

I'd like to see u try some Temu lures. Small shrimp imitation ought to work great on sheepshead. Crabs too. White bass crank bait with plastic skirt on the back side eye on the wrong end of the bait. SQUID!! & it dives. This would be awesome to at least let it out & troll it in/&/out to the fishing hole esp as it dives. Kayak perfect troll speed. Stupid cheap lures/tackle/reels
