Seems to be missing a few explanations. How do you make sure the paint matches? Why two coats? Why wet sanding?

the question here is, where can I buy such a small amount of paint? I need to fix a couple of scratches in my rental but I don't want to buy a whole gallon. I live in the US btw

I got a painter came at my place to did the same, i was shocked he did not paint the whole living area + kitchen but make it look like nothing happened there. I m still in shock how he did it but there are good painter who can do this. Another came in for quotes said same thing that he need to paint the whole wall
