Hope you guys had a lovely Xmas xx
ОтветитьIs that the Douro River? If so it comes out into the Atlantic just north of Porto which is a great city to visit...
ОтветитьWhat a bargain that place was for 50 quid!
ОтветитьWhen you arrive in Alentejo there will be large off-road dirt roads, Alentejo is the scene of many rally raids. consult gpx track in the Évora/Estremoz/Avis/Portalegre area.
Good trip
Good day for you two !
ОтветитьEh eh eh … that “lake view” is actually the DOURO RIVER, and you guys have a front row view to a region recognized by UNESCO as WORLD HERITAGE, since its the birth place of the famous O’PORTO WINE
The DOURO RIVER flows through Spain and Portugal, and comes to meet the ATLANTIC Ocean int the city of PORTO (and also Gaia, on the South margin of the River, where I live and am writimg this coment from)
Hence the name “O’PORTO WINE” since the grapes grow up there, where you spent the night, but then got shipped down the river to the warehouses in PORTO and GAIA, and from there got boat-shipped across the World.
Next time you come through PORTUGAL, do spend a bit more time exploro g the PORTO District, please 🙌🏼🙏🏼🍷🍇🇵🇹
Great video, and a lovely place you booked to stay.
ОтветитьCrackin digs 👍
ОтветитьYou guys needs to buy a little alarmed disc lock, it wont stop a bike getting stolen, but at least it will make a racket that you'll hear if the bikes not too far away at night. I use them all the time, even if wild camping in the middle of nowhere, ride safe guys.
ОтветитьMuch Enjoyment 👍😎
ОтветитьWhen thee Downs syndrome chap keeps saying "its sick, its sick" is that like a tick of his or does he think it sounds cool?
Its just so cringy and dumb sounding.
From Scotland guys, we always wait till we're wet then put the wet gear on lol
ОтветитьBull fights are Iberian, not Spanish. Enjoy rural Portugal
ОтветитьJimmy’s are tiny inside…..barely enough room for a sausage dog in the back and no luggage space at all. So then you need a trailer or a roof box and you still need a rooftop tent!!
Best bet is a Defender 300tdi 110 mate😊👍
Ongoing travel motto: Avail yourselves of their facilities. 😀
ОтветитьYes, it's a bullring. It's a small "portable" one that would be typically rented to town halls for the local yearly festival. They fight bulls in the South of France, Spain, and Portugal, as well as in many countries in Central and South America (and North America if you count Mexico as North America).
ОтветитьLovely place, great view. Happy New Year and lots of adventures, Günter/Nürnberg PS: I saw a bull ring last week in Nazaré (but no monster waves) and was as sursprised as you.
ОтветитьWhat a lovely place you stopped in really nice hope you had a good Christmas ❤👍
ОтветитьBellissimo video, luoghi stipendi ✌️🌲✨
Ответитьhello means Ola! thanks means obrigado. best regards nuno portugal
ОтветитьThey do bulls but no killing, its like dancing with the bulls. Hi or good morning hello is bom dia in Portuguese
ОтветитьThanks and a happy new year 🎉✌️👍
ОтветитьBrilliant video as always!! Hope both of you are well. Is that the Douro river?? Wishing both of you a happy new year for 2025. Take care of yourselves
ОтветитьHappy New Year guys!
ОтветитьGo on Mitch, have a dip in the pool!!!! Happy new Year! 😂🥳🥳
ОтветитьHi, great video - is there a link to this place where you stayed please?
ОтветитьMitch was saying about coaching, it’s great. I would love to go on rides like this so having someone explain what to do and give tips is really helpful even for someone who’s not at the level to do that yet.
ОтветитьThere was a time when that grey Suzuki Samurai was mine, and I had a lot of fun in the Mogadouro area. I love your videos exploring amazing places. Portugal is a great place to ride a bike! 👊✊✌
