Awesome video. I tweaked this only for acreages in my market as that is the hot commodity. We have new builds as well but I get all fired up about a nice acreage and it has been very fruitful. My suggestion to anyone is to find the properties you love that could be new builds, certain neighborhoods, maybe lake homes or acreages (I chose this) etc etc and it is much easier to talk with passion about these and you come off amazing. Never had better luck than making this tweak. I went from dreading calls to being excited about telling people about these acreages and they are excited to hear about them!
