I respect art even though i never get it😅
But this things are for those rich people who have a filled stomach and lots of time to waste 😉
dMay you give your phone nunmber please.
ОтветитьI wish business insider would put names or links to the artists
ОтветитьIts amazing to see how this amazing Japanese culture is so beautiful also because everyone is delusional, and the whole country has faith in that delusion
ОтветитьMy parents bought me one of those cheap mini calligraphy sets from Chinatown when I was a kid. Using the little ink stick on the stone felt like magic, even though I’d use it to draw pictures or hieroglyphics.
ОтветитьI really liked the first half of this documentary, the sencond half however felt more like virtue signaling than anything. When talking about a dying traditional crafts, maybe just wtay on topic, no? If there was a deeper LGBTQ+ connection, than please elaborate it instead of just forcing it in.
ОтветитьIt’s time to throw away that nasty t-shirt and get that nail polish off and be a man who people will take seriously, instead you look like a clown!!
I can’t stand this generation!!!!!
Ugh he’s an Android boy huh..
Ответитьi think it's the first time i see someone that owns a galaxy flip.
ОтветитьGorgeous!
ОтветитьIn another shed they have a bandsaw and a 5 axis CNC, right now they are both drinking beer and laughing that they got BI to buy it while counting money like Tony Montana.
ОтветитьI'm curious about the narrator's accent, can't quite place it. It usually sounds like normal Southern/posh-ish English, but the 'o' in words like 'stone' throws me off
Ответитьthis is not what i mean when i said I'm a professional stoner.
ОтветитьSomething about watching a master artisan work is just so calming
Ответитьthe most fucked up episode yet, unsubscribed
ОтветитьFirst the ink, the brushes, and now this.
ОтветитьThe trans parts were so unnecessary.
ОтветитьYo, business Insider, the fck was that nonsense last half of the video? Totally out of place, product wasn’t even used, & ‘Vincent’ talked circles around himself
ОтветитьSeeing the process of making calligraphy ink sticks, brushes, and now ink stones I’m now anticipating the upload of a video looking into the process of making calligraphy paper to complete the collection!
ОтветитьI don't get this at all
ОтветитьSad some weirdo at the end was given a platform to spread idiocies.
Was a good litle documentary prior to that fumble.
naaa this is the first one I have seen that is stupid and could be sped up
ОтветитьYou could just use a rock
ОтветитьCan we experience the beauty and raw artistry of an artisan making an ink stone without having your agenda forcefully pushed on us? These shows are no longer educational or enjoyable—they've turned into a vehicle for indoctrination.
Ответить"you are just resting" and "he is more senior than me" xD two elderly gentleman who work together since only god knows, still roasting eachother is always a good sign
ОтветитьI came to the comments expecting dome very bigoted comments
But holy shit
Everyone needs to chill out if they werent queer youd all being praiding them for being so articulate but because theyre not cis suddenly they are an idiot
Jesus no wonder hate crimes are on the rise
I thought a woman was writing until I saw Vincent 😢
Still n forever,"NO" to LGBTQ
What the hell has queer and trans got to do with this video?? The old boys clearly have no idea they’ve been teamed up with this nonsense…
ОтветитьLotus
Linen
What has this got to do with gender issues, we are talking calligraphy stones and immediately it has turned to something else. Hmmm so sad
ОтветитьNice propaganda, m8.
Ответитьkorean would find a million ways to blame anything to the Japanese
Ответитьwhy is a single dude referred as a they?
Ответитьwhat does this have to do with queer and trans? why does it have to be connected to that....
ОтветитьVincent is clueless. Said alot of smart words but had no clue. All you do with an ink stone is add water and rub the till the desired consistency of ink you want. Thats it.
Basically how thick you want your ink to be. More water to thin (if using bamboo reed, quill, nibs, etc), less water for thicker (brushes, sponges, etc).
So tired of all the things i like in my free time being queer-baited into stupid LGBTQ agenda bs. Swear every faxxot thinks their an "artist"
The old man is a true artisan. Have no idea why the gay guy with the ripped shirt was in it? Needed to adhere to a woke quota? Anyway, it added nothing.
ОтветитьThat's silly.
ОтветитьI love how these artisan and culture in general have created or keep alive crafts that are centuries old.
ОтветитьLink to his business?
ОтветитьBusiness Insider, please don't change your logo and design of it, black whole text on white background, emitted class and personality, this vibrant navy blue with capital BI is actually mixing the quality you put in your research and background for your videos as a work that is available by some yet other 2min craft types channel.
Therefore please go back to your originality and image.
I have one of those
ОтветитьArt like this is rare, and is beautiful, machines will never achieve this. It's sad that many trades like these are dying out
Ответить❤
ОтветитьCould anyone force me to be criminal?
No.
Peoples there experience was no more elevated than mine.
At people like Jackie.
In the east the elderly stay active and contribute to society until they no longer can, in the west as soon as they turn 60 they become social security vampires feeding on the taxes of the younger generations
ОтветитьI had an art teacher in middle school who had an ink stone. She did a whole unit about calligraphy. It was really cool.
ОтветитьI am so lost on this one...
