Playing an ACTUALLY Authentic Late-War German Army | Gates of Hell: Liberation

this is literally my experience when I play modded gates of hell conquest on hard. Enemy spams millions of units and by the fifth battle, my whole army is practically soviet equipment save for maybe a tiger or panther that'll get blown up by a stray katyusha rocket

As it turns out, the bow gunner of the Panther and gunner of the Pershing both survived the war. They met in 2013 back in the same spot they’d once fought over in Cologne, the sole remaining survivors of their crews thanks to a combination of war and time. I recommend the book Spearhead by Adam Makos, which heavily focuses on the stories of both crews, for those who want more information.
