I like the style and the view. The 90 sqm includes the balconies, right? I wonder that there is only a rain shower but no handheld shower in the bathroom. The only thing I don´t like.
Is it in walking distance to shops and restaurants or do you always need to use a car/transport?

My wife and I plan on traveling to Colombia and getting familiar with the area. I especially like the being close to the city but staying in the outskirts to enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural environment. We live in NY and keep a home in Naples Fl. And thinking summers in Colombia would be ideal!

I moved back to Colombia about 2 and a half years ago and it has been hard to find a place where I’d like to buy a home. By the way, I love your place. I visited El Retiro a few months after I moved back but at the time I thought it was a very small town with not much to do but now I see I was wrong since there are many close places with lots to offer.
