This is a stunning Shelter! The way animals should be treated. They look wonderful. Calling death ghettos ‘Shelters’ infuriates me! Even healthy dogs get euthanized if not taken! This lowers the value of animals and creates an atmosphere of dreadful fear for animals. They know their lives are on the block! To get to where you are is very hard work, determination, love of animals and respect for them. Shelter is a shocking word to use for the absence of any dedication. I’m being more vocal on this because I cringe and cry at the suffering of stunning sentient beings being underscored and killed. Congratulations for all you do. Very impressed. I can't believe it's been 10yrs w/Nancy!!!! I remember her rescue. She is just a love and inspiration. Thank you for sharing a day in your life at the house in the HOT weather. You take such wonderful care of all these precious souls!

I love that video its like at my house when the gang is outside. We had a very hot humid summer here in MI, so the dogs didnt really want to be outside much. Now fall is here, and its cooled off they love to be outside, and like your dogs they all do their own thing. They have a pool too a big kiddie pool, but this year only the yellow lab went into it. The others saw it as a huge water bucket. Theyre crazy they all love winter, and playing in the snow. All my dogs are rescues too, and seeing them having fun and enjoying life is so rewarding. Im sure when they are living in hell they often dream about a wonderful loving secure home.
