Way to much video of yourself talking
ОтветитьI love it 😀 😍 ❤ ♥ 💕
ОтветитьWith this much glossifier, wont the dip be harder to remove?
ОтветитьHonesty with a world full of lies. Is special. Thank you for telling up about the orange peel
ОтветитьAs a professional painter I would definitely try this high gloss finish.
ОтветитьThank you for the honesty and you guys have always been that way about your products and the skill level you need…. I wish you would do more “garage “ style paint jobs and not in the expensive paint booth…Respect
ОтветитьCan you use regular clear coat and sand it down like that or it has to be plasti dip type clear coat? Or is there even a difference?
ОтветитьI saw worse with real gloss carpaint 😅good job
ОтветитьIf I do grabber blue can I spray that clear gloss over it?
ОтветитьUp close. Orange peel. But from 10 ft and further. Awesomeness 👌
ОтветитьHey man, please could you do a video of using automotive/2K clearcoat over plastidip on an entire car?
I saw your video of you doing that to the tesla wheel and wondered if I could do this to my entire car? My clearcoat is all peeling and I don't have the money to get my car wrapped or painted.
6 out of 5 for this one
ОтветитьCan/Have you sprayed 2K on top of the pearl layer to allow the gloss and allow polishing? Thanks!
ОтветитьCan’t wait til you figure out how to get that shine without all the negative effects Nothing like a good gloss
Ответитьwhat about spraying with HVLP?
ОтветитьLooks great 👍
Ответитьthe orange peel on that car is unbearably bad so gloss dip is a no go...
ОтветитьThis dude is straight up honest in all of his videos. Having an extensive background in owning a bodyshop and professionally painting cars, as well as dipping cars. I can say that he definitely doesn’t want to sell anyone on anything. Nice work man.
ОтветитьJust wondering Is there some sorte of reducer that can be added to reduce orange peal?
ОтветитьGorgeous
Ответитьis this miami?
ОтветитьRated at 4 Beautiful
ОтветитьHave you ever puy a high gloss finish regular car paint on top if the plastic dip. Would that work. Cause you could still peel it off cause undercoat would be the plastic dip
ОтветитьHow do you remove the orange peel?
ОтветитьOne additional point- I think with a lot of pearls, the super-shiny topcoat will wash out some of the flare, so maxing it out seems likely to just make them fight each other.
ОтветитьI'm 100% a gloss guy. My question is could you have done 1-2 gloss coats, and possibly mixed a third coat with a thinner or reducer of some kind to shoot it really thin to possibly reduce the orange peel? Didn't know if that was possible with this product but it's something the old school Gibson guitar finishers used to do for the final top coat to get a smooth finish with lacquers.
ОтветитьI'm assuming you can't flatten and polish it like a normal clear coat, edit - posted before end of video where you answered this. Unfortunately this is one thing that would annoy me I spend time flattening paint trying to get the show car finish.
ОтветитьGuys can your sprayer paint 2k paints
ОтветитьI love gloss
ОтветитьIt looks good, but for the price, why not just paint your own car with real paint? At that point you can buff it and remove the orange peel to make it perfect and it would be around the same price.
ОтветитьCould you just use a 2k clear and flat it as normal? Would that peel off still? I get it might make it harder but would it come off
Ответить10/10 on that paint job, best colour option in my view to date and the gloss make a huge difference. I’m not a lover personally of having a Matt/ Satin look as I’m old school but definitely a stunning look.
Ответитьi give it a 5 for the learning curve and a 3 for the result... I saw better results with only 1 clearcoat finishes with pearl or hypershift in them... great experiment though
ОтветитьWould be cool to see this gloss layering over old faded factory paint... rather than using Plasti Dip to change the color, what would the faded paint look like "clear coated" with Plasti Dip...?
ОтветитьUmmm, I wish I could paint my old Tercel in this color and put a sleeper engine in it.
Ответитьit's a really nice dip. but im with you guys. im more of a matte or satin type of guy myself. i give it a 4.5/5
ОтветитьI really love the purple to teal combo. Radical man..
ОтветитьMacIntosh Shiny Apple.
ОтветитьLooks got to me I don't see any orange peel that you mentioned lol
ОтветитьFocus on OEM car paint.
And the clear.
I’m not seeing the orange peel. That is absolutely gorgeous
ОтветитьWill this take a wax to make it glossier?
Ответить❤️5 you laid it down pretty good man how long will that stay looking good if the car is out of the weather and stuff like that
ОтветитьThis again is very close to the now discontinued Dupli-Color MP403 Red/Blue Mirage that came in a kit form. Quite striking indeed. I will likely be calling the office soon to ask about contact durability and other concerns such as vehicle color when registration time comes around. LOL Keep up the good work. This is definitely cool stuff.
ОтветитьHow many quarts did it take
ОтветитьHow much time do you have with the dip being in a 5 gallon bucket to spray it?
ОтветитьNice job,🎉🎉5
ОтветитьWhat's your favorite finish - Gloss, Satin or Matte?
