Literally had a dream I got to see K.flay and thank her for creating her music and all the times it's saved my life, outside in the pouring rain, and we both cried on each other, but before walking away she yelled back at me "remembered, white blue, red, yellow, purple, orange; we're the animals of the night" don't know what it meant, but it meant the world to me for some reason lmao

This song to me is about hitting rock bottom and deciding to finally make a change. It's about giving up the vices that are holding you back and proving to the people you love that you're a better person now.
