ОтветитьGenuinely starting to worry about Hank. He gets punished like nothing and nobody else and gives 110% every time. But in the last month or so you can see him struggle. He went wobbly with Mark on the Lands End to John OGroats challenge… then he got dropped by OLLIE on Zwift… GCN bosses - please gie the boy a holiday. He’s earned it. 😇

ОтветитьI have to apologize. I thought getting the GCN kit for Zwift would be awesome. So I did, but that was a mistake. As I am riding, I am getting passed by everybody, even the joggers. I realized that I was a horrible representative for GCN. My only excuse is I am 64. When I can figure out how to change my kit I will. Once again, my apologies.

ОтветитьMake sure Zwift has done any updates before you want to do your workout - otherwise you'll spend 15 minutes waiting for it to load after restarting your laptop a couple of times...

ОтветитьSince becoming a dad for the frist time last month, so zwift is how I meet up my mates for ride or full on race, 1 hour is prefect if i go solo.

ОтветитьStructured training programs, love them. Using erg mode also keeps me engaged all the time, there is no temptation to slow down.
And of course it has also improved my fitness.
I wish they would have more, i am redoing old training plans
What about group rides
ОтветитьJoin a pace partner! Great way to get a steady effort in, or join the A ride if you want to get dropped in 5 minutes 😂
ОтветитьHave climbed the Alpe in under an hour (just) - but that doesn't include the ride in from the spawning point or a warm up.... Think that for most people that'll be one for when you've got a bit more than an hour.
