Real-World Test: 1 Day in Singapore with the Canon Powershot V1 (Review)

Good review. The camera is pretty enough. I think the internal mic of any camera has never done a good job in noisy areas. We have to use RODE ME or DJI mic for these areas. It is an overall average camera to satisfy all. I use Canon R8, and with RF24mm F1.8, it is heavy for day day-long vlog. But it can replace my DJI Action 4, as I used to keep it with my R8. I am not satisfied with the quality of DJI Action 4 because of it's poor low-light performance. So it will easily replace it as I am not an extreme bike rider or cycle or under water bloggers. In my Trip-reort it can easily become my B camera along with Canon R8. Hope Canon will reduce it's price a little and fix it under 800 USD or 799 USD.

I’d say that if you’re gonna be in day light either auto ND should be on or also CLog must be used. Mic sounds great.

I think that 4.5 aperture is perfect for vlogging. Bokeh is overrated when it comes to vlogging imo, BUT that 4.5 will suck in dark situations

The footage looks great! Curious though, did you shoot in log mode? Did you color grade? Also, do you like it better to Vlog with them the DJI action five pro or the pocket three?
