If you used a decent glue then you don't have to prime it. A decent glue does it all.

Primer them when they are dirty and you don’t use to much glue to avoid have a glue mes

You're ah supposed to hold it in place for a bit after putting it together there bud. Otherwise the pipe and fitting will separate partially.

Ha ha, I have never used a rag before, wouldn’t that dry in the cloth and cause glue to dry on pipe where you wipe?
I leave the glue as a thin bead 👌🏻

Didn't ream the cut pipe.

You are never supposed to turn the fittings after it has bottomed out. You turn as your installing stopping when it bottoms out. Also use clear primer. You can clean the excess glue with the primer dobber.

The primer melts the pvc so you need to work fast before it drys. It's not to clean the pipe.

How do you connect two pipes together that are at fixed points and you need to add coppler?
