Hello my size is 34 small C or big B as I have 250CC high profile, round , under muscle implants(I got them when I was 19, 6 years ago) but I'd like to have another surgery an have a low profile teardrop shaped implants to achieve a more natural look (and also hoping to have a cleavage this time too without needing a push up bra).

Good video thank you. I had to have a full oncological en-bloc because I had BIA-ALCL. I know what big surgery that was but it now seems that many women who don't have BIA-ALCL want to have a full en-bloc. What you do, by removing the implant and then the capsule, should be enough and it should be the way forward for British plastic surgeons. Unfortunately, most PS don't remove the scar tissue.

Good to see the explant shift or choosing against implants! There is a lifetime of future surgeries ahead with breast implants that isn't discussed... aged implant exchanges, capsular contractures, weighted implant breast lifts, plus numbness, etc (not to mention the serious BII health issues).
