Imo don't mess with a proven pattern and style (until it doesn't work obvs) - so Stanno, Thor, Anderson, with May up front
Only issue I have is that Thor isn't in best form atm
But we should have enough, just need to get the wing positions working, real pace required, so Hansson may make a move

With another home sell-out and our recent clean sheets that's an immediate advantage but we're then due to concede one and maybe we're then geared up to increase the goal count leading into the new year so i'm going 3-1 Blues as a realistic prediction..a bit like the Wrexham game..that's my gut feeling.KRO

Another struggle incoming all possession and no thrust. Probably depend on a penalty or scruffy goal, though I worry if we go a goal down, It's hard enough at 0-0. Top quality teams irrespective of 10 men in defence find a way to break teams down.

I think Gardner-Hickman could do a good job on the right if Anderson is unavailable

Ye, I’d agree with the Draw, I remember a couple of weeks back you spoke about the next 5 games etc, I said we’d get 11 out of the 5, and this one was down to a possible loss, but leaning to the draw… but love to be proven wrong…💙

It will be really interesting to see what Chris Davies decides to do both in terms of the starting 11 and who he puts on the bench.

I'm really looking forward to the return of Scott Wright, so hopefully, he's not too far away.

We definitely have some good options at the back.

It's very clear that Chris Davies has his preferred starting 11 and his favourites to include in the squad.

I would really like to see Yokoyama on the bench. He's has made more of an impact than not when he's played and he's an exciting player to watch.

We have a couple of players not showing the best form in May and Willumsson. But i think that they will both start at 9 and 10 respectively but i personally would pick Leonard at 10 and put Willumsson on the bench.

I really hope that Anderson is fit. If he's not, then i was impressed by how well Hansson did on the right so i wouldn’t be against him starting.

I really hope Dykes gets off the mark in the league asap. He tries really hard and he deserves a goal and it will do him the world of good. I don't think we play to his strengths but he also just needs a bit of luck and i think once he gets one, whilst he won't be prolific, he will get more than a few.

Hopefully, Blackpool will come to play as that suits us and it's easier to play against but of course comes with more of a risk of conceding but i think we have the character and confidence to be able to deal with conceding or falling behind given the results of late and for the most part this season.

We've had a few disappointing performances and results but that's football. Overall we can't really have any complaints. I mean just look at the table!!

I'm going to go Blues 3 - Blackpool 0. The winning run will continue, and with our biggest winning margin in the league so far this season.

Hopefully, there's no fog//mist, but if there is then the club are mindful of this, and if needs be leave off the fireworks with the only fireworks we see, is from the performance from the Blues players on it.

If Anderson doesn't play I would rather see Stansfield right & Hanson left, my preference would be Cochrane on the left as well. Am hoping to catch a live stream but not confident as couldn't get to see the Burton game although gave it a go.

Great discussion. I think this game will be exciting one. However not easy! May desperately needs a goal! Was rested a bit for this game. I believe he will rotate with Dykes at some stage during the game. A crunch two games against dangerous opponents. Davis selection is vital to get it right. Hopefully Keshi is fit. So I agree with you Gary I feel a draw coming on..
although it depends what mood Stanno is in… if he is up for it then it’s a win. I just feel he looks a bit frustrated/wiped out lately maybe from all the games he is starting!
I tell you what from where I sit I can see Stanno signalling for the ball to make a run into the box but it was like Williuimsson just could not see him on the last game… but yeah feeling a bit uninspired from the last game.
So would not surprise me if it was a draw .. Blackpool will be chomping at the bit!

I think that the reason StAns is a bit down on atmosphere is because we expect to beat a lot of these teams by a large margin. We expect to beat some clubs 5 or 6 nil. As that isn’t happening, the fans are a touch nervous because the margins aren’t comfortable.
I was at the Burton game and without certain blocks, the singing was very weak.
I bet if we smash a team, the volume will be huge.

I hope someone from the club is watching this. Ditching the fireworks in the fog is a great idea - the first 5 minutes of the Burton game was hopeless. I think Thor needs a rest/reset. He has shown some great touches but has looked out of sorts for much of the last two games. Also I'd like to hear your opinion on why a 6'3" giant always leaves the box to receive a short corner, then the ball is crossed for Stanno & May to jump ?!. With Wycombe winning, I don't think CD will have the luxury of resting too many and expect a strong line up, although it would be good to see Scott Wright come off the bench perhaps. Against Burton we had loads of possession but created very little and there were a couple of times where Burton could have scored and all that possession would have been wasted. I think we need someone who will inject some creative energy into midfield, Scott Wright when fit. Not convinced about Dykes, I would much prefer Jukey to be honest for the last 20 minutes I think he should persist with starting May and Stansfield together. If I had to sum Blues up at the moment I would say, possession great, creativity poor. Still think we will win though.

I agree this will be a tough game . At the end of the day we have by far the better players we just have to have a positive attitude and take the game by the scruff of the neck and be aggressive and play with speed . If we do that we will win fancy Iwata to crash one in today KRO Gary & Matt .

Also, despite his assist against Burton, I think Thor has dropped off in recent games and probably needs a re-charge, and personally would like to see Mark Leonard in the No10 position for this one.
