I think Bill is seeing that inequality is ubiquitous in life and liberty while equality is the main ubiquitous characteristic of death and slavery. He prefers the latter. The former gets in the way of his monopoly.

And the ones with equality have garbage women wheras the ones with less equality produce the best women out there...
