You have no idea how very grateful I am, and especially now. I have created my LLC with PCS and will get the tax and corporate credit set up as soon as I can afford it. I am an Action Taker! Ответитьfin-bro gold, and like Costco F the product, make your money on subscriptions, memberships, educational products. Eg. "The wholesaler needed $1500 for earnest money to do the deal." What an outlier situation. The problem is opportunity, there are more than enough fix&filp outfits happy to buy property cash if there was only an opportunity to purchase the distressed property. The hurdle is NOT being broke / not having $1500 toward your option fee/earnest money. Maybe .0000001% of the time this is "the problem" that's holding up the deal.
