Fair Warning: Walmart's 2024 Christmas Lights Are Not Fixable!

Ornament hangers are now all plastic at Walmart. I prefer the wire.

Every store has blow molds back the only thing I don't like is they're so small now

The last time I had a fuse blow is when I was a kid and we used to do Christmas lights at my parents house that's because we've hooked up so many sets together at that time it wasn't like LED lights that you could put 25 or more together the old incandescent light bulbs used to blow if you put about three sets of 4 sets together but me and my father used to cut out the fuses anyway on most of the sets

If I have a string of lights where many lights are burnt out, I'll use the ones that do work as replacement bulbs. Like a sacrificial string. Cheers Charlie. Glad you're well

Interesting since I'm also in Kansas [Wichita] and just bought some Walmart LED Christmas lights [C-7 size] online and although they virtually never burn out, they included a bag containing two replacement lamps... something I've never gotten before in LED strings. In addition, I got that 14' [lighted length] string for only $3.00 - or 50% less than the $5.98 price marked on the box. The only downside to that purchase was that they shipped from a warehouse three states away instead of my usual same-day delivery from a local store. Having said that, I actually prefer incandescent lights because they can be also DIMMED for those applications where a more subtle glow complements better than a full blast of luminescence... because brighter isn't always better!

Fack Christmas.... Christmas are for Bitchs and Females...

The reason they don’t come with replacement bulbs is because the bulbs aren’t replaceable. A few weeks ago I went to Walmart to get some lights for my Christmas display and almost all of them were not replaceable some were but only the white and multi colored ones.

Hey..... just noticed the new Walmart lights are now non replaceable bulbs!!! Might actually be better sealing out moisture.

Look at the lighted length on the box it's 2ft shorter than past years.
