You need to put red onions and jalapenos in there. As long as you have the fish carcass and skin, DFG can measure. Make sure you take plenty of pictures

Uh.. I don't know about eating it raw that comes out of the bay. Worms (protein) comes to mind. You might want to put it in the freezer like how sushi restaurant does before eating it raw.

It’s illegal to cook it on boat. You can’t clean halibut on boat. You have to clean on the clean station. Bad move

Check for worms. I normally vacuum seal mine first for a couple of days to kill any parasites. Yummy though.

I believe you are allowed to fillet the halibut as long as you keep the carcass with you until you get back to the dock.

Awesome ! Well I am a lifdd long bay and ocean fisherman and enjoy your videos. I just sold my house here and am moving to Montana this Saturday so my bay fishing days are over. Need to learn to fly fish now. Lol
