Although I severely dislike the fact that he was being taken to the cleaners many times by ABD or even BUTTLER HEAD etc. in some games, and even vs BANGLADESH in 2022 and everytime in SA Tests till date, I feel that ASH should've been there in WTCFINAL 2023, provided worst ever undependable since 2015 -16 or so : UMESH was absolutely unfit and unable to run properly due to worst league workload.... ASH was clearly needed, because there was literally no wkt taker except SHAMI SIRAJ earlier, and worst ever liability captain had zero brains to stop squarer boundaries by placing point cover field and instructing bowlers to bowl precisely fuller outside off ROUND THE WICKET especially to LORD TRAVIS HEAD 😭😫
