Why don't you live in pattaya or near its a lot cheaper and more things to do as you know peter

Virgin olive oil is not good for frying. Peanut oil is better. Also you need to use mince with at least 15% fat to make a decent burger. 👍🏾😊

That nova gold and several around it are very nice and reasonably priced. I think the March hotel is up there. Very nice.

Nova Park Hotel looks great. Prices are $19 - 23.

I know where exactly you are at. Straight up the street ( soi 1) is the XQ Hotel I like staying at. It's very quiet, clean, modern, and great staff. Also Guest friendly. Rooms in January and February last year were 45 to 50 a night.

Peter I missed the live stream but let s talk inflation back in 1075 I got a room for 20usd at the royal orchid hotel really nice place for back then in today's money that's about 200 usd I guess. My salary as a young air force Sargeant was about 500 usd a month

Hi Peter, I enjoyed your live stream and particularly liked when you mentioned Mark at One Stop Visa Services, which you also have a link in your description. I sent an email to them with some questions as I am returning to Thailand in September and considering retiring there. I was expecting to have to setup a consult session to get my answers but the very next day I got a long email back from Mark that answered my questions and he provided details, suggestions and costs for the retirement visa and opening a bank account. Great stream..... Eddie put out an update in the UK this morning.... he has around 12-15 months left to live sadly..... He is hoping to get fit enough to get back to Pattaya though.... The docs have removed the growth but it was cancerous, and they say that in cases like his, it always comes back..........
