Putting all their BTC eggs into one basket (reserve) is a bad idea. There's no BTC CEO, and this entire "summit" will be wrought with indecision and no deal made. if the escrow is off RIpple's books, then supply is decreased. We just need a guarantee (like US can't sell for 10 years and only so much annually at that); this way the US can't rug pull us. Decreased supply should jack the price of each xrp up....IMO, that is a strategic reserve.
