In your ”correct” one you did not use hips… if one wants power one pushes hips forward and extends the whole body to maximum

Noone ever taught me to do these, I just picked them up somewhere when I was younger. I'm probably not even leaning over as far as the first example, and my feet def are not flying off the ground loke that.
I would like to learn better form. Doing it my way is getting a bit difficult nearing 200#. I'm not a begginner, just a loner.

yeah...the "incorrect" way is more accurate in my book as well. i was terrible at doing fulls...but I got to 165 in hang (what he's doing) the "incorrect" way. that said...one thing that is shown wrong in both is the hop. it should be less pronounced if possible...but both are nicely staying close to shoulder width vs splitting out (which is hard to avoid with heavier loads if you aren't good at the catch

After some experience I can see the different but there is no way I could tell a difference when I was new. Paying more attention to the hinge helped me out a lot

Tiene mucho que ver con la anatomía de tu cuerpo, no se dejen engañar con esto de correcto o incorrecto, pero la que clasifica como mala se acerca mas al hang que la buena a menos que seas muy largo de femur y esto te obligue a ir mas adelante pero la barra quiere subir en dirección ⬆️ entonces deberia hacer mi empuje lo mas ⬇️ posible para que la fuerza de empuje me devuelva la misma hacia arriba y asi me pueda beneficiar de la inercia.

As a Weightlifter I wouldnt recommend this ,since if you lean forward you cannot secure heavy weight

Basically for my beginners out there: think of a hang clean as a half clean. You essentially are eliminating the deadlift portion so the hip hinge mimics that deadlift form while still giving you that strength to explode the weight
