Ответитьyeah...the "incorrect" way is more accurate in my book as well. i was terrible at doing fulls...but I got to 165 in hang (what he's doing) the "incorrect" way. that said...one thing that is shown wrong in both is the hop. it should be less pronounced if possible...but both are nicely staying close to shoulder width vs splitting out (which is hard to avoid with heavier loads if you aren't good at the catch

ОтветитьTiene mucho que ver con la anatomía de tu cuerpo, no se dejen engañar con esto de correcto o incorrecto, pero la que clasifica como mala se acerca mas al hang que la buena a menos que seas muy largo de femur y esto te obligue a ir mas adelante pero la barra quiere subir en dirección ⬆️ entonces deberia hacer mi empuje lo mas ⬇️ posible para que la fuerza de empuje me devuelva la misma hacia arriba y asi me pueda beneficiar de la inercia.

ОтветитьBasically for my beginners out there: think of a hang clean as a half clean. You essentially are eliminating the deadlift portion so the hip hinge mimics that deadlift form while still giving you that strength to explode the weight
