I assume the caller is African due to his accent and black barber usually give spray for enhancing lineup for hairline, I think he wanted to ask if it's the same as dying a hair, since I know most Arabs love to wear eyeliner make up even the male, he wanted to ask if it's permissable or not, on the same not is it haram to go Turkey?
