The Selfish Giant uninteresting and boring? This upset me. It's one of the best songs of the decade.

I have to admit that this album sounds much much better when performed live, but still I wouldn't give the studio version only 5/10

Life is a rotean

i really like it for how Damon expresses his own depression in this album. He has paranoia about the fast evolution of technology. although i dont share his fear, its understandable. we dont know what will happen when we push our own limits. and theres not much we can do about it. and the meloncholy just compliments it. Mr. Tembo being a hugE exception, like you said, but even then the lyrics seem like they're trying to be a dark message underneath the poppy instrumentals. either way im in love with this album. im a sucker for chill and meloncholic beats and Damons beautiful vocals. call me easily-impressed but i loved this album the first time i heard it. it put me in a depressingly gorgeous world.

Yeah gotta say, I love this album. Hostiles is one of my favorites now.

You & me is my favorite because it switches it's tone in the middle, lol oh well, we all have different taste in music. This album was really great in my opinion, it had that melancholy vibe I love in music.

MR. TEMBO, ANTHONY! ARE YOU STUPID!?!? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!?! GOD, YOU JUST FAIL AT EVERYTHING, DON'T YOU. DON'T DO THIS AGAIN, YOU DOLT!!!!

I love the song "hostiles" it's great!

I love this album so much honestly it's a neat mix of his dreariest blur stuff mixed with the more electric style of gorillaz. It's not the best album I've ever heard but this album really connects w me idk

I feel like u went to hard on this, considering u gave humanz a 5.

It's a little bit weird, when you first listen to the Gorillaz' songs and then you hear the same vocals, but with a completely different background and music style. Still, I think the "Lonely Press Play" is the best song from this LP.

I’ve been seeing Fantano post lots of street videos of him asking people what his worst take it. Every time I see them I immediately think back to this record, and I’m rewatching it now for the first time since he posted this video and I’m shocked. Everyday Robots is an all time favorite of mine. The instrumentation on this thing is gorgeous, Damon’s vocal performance is great, and I love the little hits of glitch you bet in this album. My only critique that Antoine Fantadone has on this record is that Mr. Tembo sticks out like a sore thumb on this record. This song feels like a Now Now b side

1/10 review, do better

I still listen to this album, the emotions it conveys is unique

what in the fucking name of the lord is this rating? i highly respect fantano and his intellectual capital, but this rating even objectively, it's so OFF.
