We're going to spend our yoga moment lying down today with our legs rested against the wall.

I chose this asana (pose) for it's calming and restorative benefits. A great time to do it is before bed. If you're a woman this is especially awesome for all things girly... the premenstrual moments, cramps and even some of those menopause feelings.
I like (as I'm a big foodie) the possible digestive benefits as you'll be tapping into the 'rest and digest' nervous response.
Take your time in the asana, take as long as you need and breath.
